Meet the CEO
Leisa Korn
President & CEO of Core Recoveries
Leisa joined Core Recoveries in 2013. Her hands-on approach and focus on corporate governance have been instrumental in strengthening the company's successes in the continued delivery of superior service. She understands that superior service is the result of an enriching workplace environment in which employees are valued. She proudly fosters an environment that attracts top talent while encouraging compassion and support for the community in which Core Recoveries is headquartered.
Prior to joining Core, Leisa spent more than 15 years in the broadcast media industry, focused on a variety of corporate business initiatives. Those initiatives included standardizing processes and procedures across 30 television and radio stations, implementing financial and technology tools to support those processes, enhancing corporate visibility and consolidated data and reporting across all units.
Leisa is a graduate of the University of Louisville. She began her career as a CPA with KPMG, a global professional services firm, providing audit, assurance and advisory services to a variety of businesses and organizations, including state and local government, financial services and public-sector agencies. This path into the business world is what fueled her passion for creating a respectful and professional business environment built on a foundation of the highest ethical business practices.
